Seminars and Courses
The Institute of Krav Maga is committed to organising reasonably priced training for our members. Seminars and courses further enhance your skills and for those who are new to Krav Maga, these are opportunities to really experience what the system is about, before committing to regular classes.
Seminars are run both internally by the Institute UK and also by experts from around the globe.
Krav Maga UK Ltd. reserve the right to refuse admission to any persons, who we have reason to believe may be attending our seminars for the purpose of learning for non self-defence related reasons, or for any reason we feel that it would be inappropriate or detrimental for the person(s) concerned to view or learn our techniques.
Please note that all seminar prices are inclusive of VAT. No tax will be added.

Institute UK Student Grading
We will be holding a Club grading for all those who were eligible to grade at the Official IKMF National Grading in February but were unable to attend and for those who were not successful at the National Grading.
In order to grade, you must have been training with the Institute of Krav Maga UK for 3 months or more and have a good understanding of what you are expected to demonstrate for your grade.
If you are unsure of whether you should take the test, please consult one of the Institute Instructors.

Control and Restraint (C&R) – Limited Spaces
A seminar concentrating on retaining control of an attacker, looking at the biomechanics of restraint, use of pressure points to achieve compliance, effective control and restraint holds free-standing and floor-based working both individually and in a team.
Although not an integral part of the Civilian Krav Maga syllabus due to the principles being based around moving away from danger, C&R can prove interesting and useful should there be a need to restrain somebody to prevent them causing injury to others.
For Health and Safety reasons, this seminar is limited to 20 places ONLY! Book your place online NOW to avoid disappointment.
Mat shoes are required or train with no footwear.
