We are pleased to be launching our Krav Maga classes in Hertfordshire in September 2010.

To train in Krav Maga, it is important that you understand the basics of the system in order to get the most from your training therefore, we will be running our introduction workshop to get you started.

Your workshop will be run by members of our highly experience Instructor team who will cover various aspects of what Krav Maga is all about and they will give you further details about regular weekly training.

When booking your place you will receive an email within 48 hours with full details about what to wear and what to bring with you!
