As a complete beginner it is important that you understand the very basics of the Krav Maga system and therefore are required to attend an induction session.
You will learn the basics of how to stand and move correctly and will be taught the 360 degree system of defence. After you have completed the induction you can then attend classes with enough knowledge to get the most from your training.
